- The exam is 2.5 hours in duration & includes 4 questions
- The exam format is objective testing based on a case study scenario with each question worth 20 marks
- Open Book - The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook may be used in the exam
- Exams are administered online (proctored) by an independent examination body
- Participants are provided an exam voucher so they can schedule the exam at their convenience after completion of the course
- A passing mark of 50% is required to receive your OCM Practitioner certificate
