Who Should Attend?
Service Integration and Management Foundation is aimed at professionals who want to implement SIAM methodology in their organization and in particular professionals who are already working with IT Service Management processes. It is also intended for providers that want to implement and manage Service Integration and Management models.
Learning Outcomes
The SIAM® certification also includes examples of implementation structures, governance, tooling and data considerations and the common processes used in a SIAM ecosystem. A candidate who successfully completes the BCS EXIN SIAM® Foundation knows how Service Integration and Management delivers business value and is able to contribute to the implementation and use of SIAM in an organisation
Candidates should be able to demonstrate knowledge of the fundamental concepts of Service Integration and an understanding of bringing together multiple service providers to strive for a common goal, in order to support the client organisations’ agreed objectives for service delivery.

Course Delivery
Prerequisites
This course does not require any existing knowledge of SIAM
Knowledge of IT service management terminology is recommended, for example, ITIL® or ISO/IEC 20000.
Exam & Certification
- All methods of delivering this course include the exam in the fee
- The exam is 60 minutes in duration & includes 40 multiple choice questions
- Exams are administered online (proctored) by an independent examination body
- Participants are provided an exam voucher so they can schedule the exam at their convenience after completion of the course
- A passing mark of 65% is required to receive your SIAM Foundation certificate
- An exam review is included in the course to help you prepare for the final exam
